Learn about the mushrooms you buy at the grocery store (Button, Cremini, Porcine, Portobello) as well as some you may have heard of but may have never tried (Chanterelle, Enoki, Maitake, Lion’s Mane, Morel, Oyster, Trumpet). You will enjoy some fun facts about mushrooms as well as hear about their vast nutritional value and how to grow, prep, and cook them. We will even show you some amazing and beautiful mushrooms from around the world.
