Chapter Meeting – End-of-Year Volunteer Appreciation Event

Join us for the 2024 TMN Heartwood Chapter Volunteer Appreciation Banquet!
Date: Wednesday, November 13, 2024
Time: 6-8pm
Location: Sam Houston State University, The Woodlands Center, 3380 College Park Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
We will share a meal, celebrate our accomplishments, conduct the 2025 elections, and play a fun nature based trivia game. If you cannot join in person, there will be a virtual option to join when the program begins.
Heartwood leadership will provide the main dishes (including a vegetarian option) and beverages for the event. If you would like, you can bring a side dish (veggie, salad, dessert, appetizer). In an effort to be sustainable, we are asking that attendees bring their own beverage holder and utensils. If you plan to attend in person or virtually, please register here so we can get a head count for on site and email addresses for those attending virtually so we can send the Zoom link prior to the event. Heartwood Chapter Meetings are scheduled monthly on the second Wednesday (except December) at 6 p.m. on the first floor of Sam Houston State University, Woodlands Campus, 3380 College Park Dr, The Woodlands.
