City Nature Challenge – Lake Houston Wilderness Park
April 27 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Volunteers are needed to assist with the event (including explaining what the City Nature Challenge is and instructing how to use iNaturalist). All hikes meet at the nature center. Some require driving to another location to start. These are public hikes and volunteers are welcome to come and participate.
Saturday, April 27
Forest Trail and Cat Pond 8 am – 10 am
Magnolia Trail/Hoot Owl 10 am-11 am
Canoe Launch 1:30 pm – 3 pm
South Peach Creek Loop 3 pm – 4:30 pm
