East Texas Conservation Expo

We’d like to invite any and all TMN Chapters who might like to attend as a visitor or even participate in the TMN Booth!
Announcing the East Texas Conservation Expo! Saturday, September 14, 2024 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Polk County Commerce Center and Pedigo Park, 1017 US 59 Loop N, Livingston, TX 77351.
Piney Wood Lakes Chapter of Texas Master Naturalist are presenting this Expo to provide as much conservation education to the community as we possibly can. There will be workshops/presentations from conservation agencies and organizations, vendor booths, demonstrations and lots of fun family friendly nature oriented activities!
We will have a large booth area reserved at the entrance of the Commerce Center for the Texas Master Naturalists and would like to know if you would be interested in coming to help man the booth throughout the day?! We will be doing an Ask the Master Naturalist and presenting vision boards and short videos of the different types of projects we do! We’d love to have you!
If you are in southeast Texas and have the day off, feel free to just come for networking, fun and TMN camaraderie!
I am attaching the flyer as well as a list of our current workshop/speaker presentations. We have a HUGE list of agencies and organizations who will be present to speak to the community as well!
If you have any member experts on any particular topics, we’d love to have them join us!
