Nature used to be our grocery store and pharmacy – and it still can be. Join renowned foraging instructor and author of Foraging Texas, Dr. Mark “Merriwether” Vorderbruggen, for a hands-on, taste-tested park tour. In just two hours, you’ll learn to spot edible and medicinal plants hiding in plain sight. Walk away with ancestral skills, wild confidence, and stories your friends won’t believe. This program is only for adults, ages 18 and up. Wear closed-toed shoes as we wander off the trails in search of interesting plants.
