I. D. Fairchild State Forest Tour

Join the Texas A&M Forest Service and Texas Parks and Wildlife for a field tour of I. D. Fairchild State Forest, a forest actively managed with prescribed fires. View a habitat management demonstration – pine systems, open understories, prescribed fire, and herbicide. Identify plants. Observe fire results.
