Invasives Removal at Grogan’s Mill

August 31 @ 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Targeted species: air potato, elephant ears, Japanese climbing fern
Time: 8-11 am Come when you can, leave when you must.
Location: intersection of E and W Timberwagon and Laurel Cherry
Park along Laurel Cherry and follow the adjacent pathway and ITF signs to the Nature Trail
 
Dress for the elements with sturdy waterproof shoes or boots, garden gloves and hat; also bring bug repellent and water. Wear your Invasives t-shirt—or if this is your first time volunteering with ITF, claim your shirt!
 
Other helpful tools: eye protection, hand pruners, digging trowels, sharpshooters. Make sure your tools are labeled. We do have some lopping shears, sharp shooter shovels and mini shovels.
