Lunch & Learn – Garden for Health at Mercer

Renowned Rice University horticulture and bioscience professor, Dr. Joe Novak, shares decades of research about why spending time outdoors, especially around the home landscape and garden, is good for the mental, physical, and spiritual health of everyone in our community. Dr. Novak focus is on native plantings, creating micro-habitats, and using scientifically proven, holistic organic management techniques.
Bring a lunch and drink and join us for this exciting nature and gardening program!
