NPSOT Propagation Station

The Grand Opening of the Pines and Prairies Chapter, NPSOT, propagation station at W.G. Jones State Forest kicks off the New Year! The station will be managed by David Lemons and Jessica Mauch.
Work days will be held every Sunday afternoon and Friday morning. Martin Simonton has planted nearly 200 species from seed and is donating excess seedlings. Many hands and 4″ pots will be needed.
Stop by on Sunday afternoon and/or Friday morning and bring your empty pots of all sizes for reuse. Take part in plant and seed exchanges. If you wish to plant at home for public gardens or to donate to the NPSOT plant sale (plants from seeds gathered in the wild only for the Spring sale), come pick up soil and pots.
