Ongoing training class qualify you to achieve Certification as a Texas Waters Specialist while learning about local water Eight hours class time is required.
Volunteer opportunities provide the 10 hours to re-certify annually and help meet requirements of Texas Master Naturalist.
- Install markers on storm drain inlets
- Teach others about aquatic habitat
- Hang water quality info cards on doors
- Conduct litter collections and audits
- Make presentations to local groups
- Hand out dog waste bags
