Wildlife Wednesday: Black Widow Spiders at Jesse H. Jones Park and Nature Center

Join Martin DeVore to learn about the infamous Natasha- a Southern Black Widow (Latrodectus mactans) that calls Jesse Jones Nature Center her home. Learn all of her favorite places to live and things to eat. Spend some time hearing about how her quest for romance is quite often a dead end. Afterwards, take a self-guided hike down the Grapevine trail to se if you can find any of her creepy crawly relatives. Be sure to look high and low and everywhere in between!
