Friday, October 25th, The Zombie Survival Hike Game Night. Event is 7pm-9pm
Contact John Herron and he will set up a meeting time before hand to go over the activities.
-
Greeters: Greet guests, explain the game, and get them started.
-
Hike Leaders: Great for story tellers. They will lead a group on the Loblolly Trail (.2-miles). Along the way, there are stops and scenarios to describe. Last year we had a nice rotation of 10-15 minutes per group and ran multiple rounds.
-
Survival Skills Stations: I am still working on these and if you have volunteers that have a skill they would like to teach, they can email me. Current skills I have planned: primitive fire building, water filtration vs purification, shelter building.
From John: Volunteers are encouraged to wear their TMN shirts and tags to ID yourself as a volunteer. Costume accessories is fine. We are avoiding gory zombie images for the hike to keep it kid friendly. I encourage volunteers to dress like they are survivors. Accessories like “weapons” are ok as long as they are obviously prop (nerf, foam, lightsaber).
VMS: PO: Huntsville State Park (specify Zombie Survival Hike Game Night – describe activities)
