Heartwood Chapter Member Receives Awards in Art Contest

Heartwood chapter member Francisco Montalvo is an artist whose painting of a dragonfly won Best Painting/Drawing and Best in Show by popular vote in the Art Contest at the 2018 TMN Annual Meeting held in Georgetown, Texas. It was painted using toilet paper and Q-tips in place of a paintbrush.
