The Texas Master Naturalist license plate has been fully funded and will be a reality soon! The $9,000 needed has been raised.
The Heartwood chapter supported the statewide effort to raise donations in order to fund the first ever Texas Master Naturalists’ specialty license plate.
THANK YOU TO THOSE CHAPTERS AND INDIVIDUALS who stepped up and donated to this project! We will soon be able to purchase a TMN dragonfly license plate on the back of our car to publicize the program and educate others! With over 9,500 TMN volunteers, we can spread the word about the program just in our daily driving.
Allison Copony, TMN of the Heartwood Chapter, led this successful statewide effort that will have lasting benefits for the Texas Master Naturalist program.
