Tour of Mercer Botanical Center

Join Mercer staff for a unique opportunity to tour the Mercer Botanical Center! This facility houses thousands of herbarium specimens, the oldest dating back to the 1700’s! These preserved plants are critical to researchers around the world and can be used to discover new species! 

This tour takes place indoors in a 2-story facility near Mercer Botanic Gardens. Visitors must be able to climb a staircase in order to see the herbarium. This facility is not ADA-accessible.
