Objectives:
- Distinguish different groups of amphibians and reptiles of S. Texas.
- Be familiar with herptile myths and folklore.
- Use a dichotomous key for selected herptiles.
- Observe external physical adaptations of each group of herptiles.
- Explore the variety of local herptiles, their habitats, their adaptations, and behaviors.
- Learn to handle live reptiles.
