Objectives:
- Identify the major external body parts of fish.
- Dissect a fish specimen to recognize internal body parts.
- Utilize a dichotomous fish family key.
- Learn the basic geologic history of fish. (Handout)
- Examine some structural adaptations of fish.
- Recognize 10 local fish species.
- State some basic evolutionary traits of fish.
