Seed Collecting at Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve

Volunteer Opportunity!  Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve is looking for help with seed collecting at the preserve.  From Lauren:

“The morning will consist of collecting and storing native seeds that will be used in future habitat restoration projects. Justin will do an introduction/training on how to identify the plants and seed heads that we will be concentrating on to collect and store. We may also be removing invasive grass and scattering native seeds in the cleared area. The group will be staying relatively close to the building, depending on what seeds are available that day.”
