Whooping Crane Festival
Volunteer Opportunity: Whooping Crane Festival in Port Aransas. February 23 through 26. We do not have a table/booth however help is needed for a variety of events during the festival. Contact Colleen Simpson for more information (see below).

Hello Volunteers!
I’m writing to remind you that the 21st Annual Whooping Crane Festival is swiftly approaching.
We hope to use this event to fill any last minute open spaces in the schedule. I have filled in the schedule to the best of my ability but we still have many openings. You can view the schedule for yourself at the following link:

Each volunteer job has it’s own schedule page and you can navigate these using the tabs at the bottom of the screen. Please double check to confirm that you are scheduled for the job and shift you want.
We will have t-shirts for volunteers at a discounted price of around $10. Please let me know what size/style you would like if you have not done so already. If you can not make this event materials will be available to pick up at the Parks and Recreation Office (directions).
