Michelle Connally, 2018
The Connemara meadow provided a serene backdrop as the sun set on our annual Summer event. Bob Mione, the Connemara Restoration Manager, talked with guests about the meadow. Five mothing setups were presented by Rick and Lisa Travis, Jean and Michael Suplick, Melanie Schuchart, and Patrick Pilarski. The setups were well-placed around the area, with a few under a canopy of trees and two others along the open meadow for diversity. Kimberlie Sason, our special guest from the Cross Timbers Chapter, got us off to a great start as the mothing adventure began at dusk. Cheryl-Lynn Dillion hosted a relaxing cooling station where all the guests and children loved Cathy Westmoreland’s gourmet cookies.
