Save the date 2025 Urban Riparian Symposium

Save the date for the upcoming 2025 Urban Riparian Symposium, hosted by the Texas Water Resources Institute and the Texas Riparian Association!
February 19 – 21, 2025 in Waco

URS is THE biannual conference in Texas for all things riparian and has historically enjoyed hundreds of presentations ranging from stream restoration stories and methods, green stormwater infrastructure and in-stream habitat studies, to mitigation efforts, nutrient enrichment, community science, and floodplain planning.

This year’s theme is: Bridging Nature and the City. We are looking forward to hearing about your projects, how you physically go about your work, and how riparian systems and projects are being maintained in your area.

The Call for Abstracts for presentations & posters will be announced soon followed by announcements for registration this fall.
