Calendar Submission Form

Use this form to submit a Volunteer Hour (VH) or Advanced Training (AT) calendar event for new projects or refresh seasonal and re-occurring projects. Project leaders can review Section 6 of the Chapter Handbook for Chapter Project Leader responsibilities. Please allow 5 BUSINESS DAYS for all requests to be processed, and please plan accordingly as project leaders.

Please describe what the volunteers need to have in clothing, bug spray, boots and/ tools to make it a successful event. Provide any other pertinent information.

Logging VH/AT VMS Field Information(Required)

How should the volunteer log their time in the VMS system? This should have been provided when you received VHAT approval. For Example: Logging VH: Log volunteer hours worked and drive time to and from the Meadow as “Connemara Meadow Preserve.”
