This summer’s community engagement kickoff features events across local venues. Later in the month, the focus turns to outdoor youth outreach with Plano Play In The Park at Shawnee Park on June 25, 2026, from 8:45 am to 10:15 am.
The schedule carries into next month, returning to Shawnee Park for a second Plano Play In The Park session on July 16, 2026, from 8:45 am to 10:15 am. The summer lineup wraps up on July 19, 2026, with the National Ice Cream Day Social at Allen Heritage Village, spanning the full afternoon from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
