She combines these two passions with a practical approach in her work at the Houston Arboretum to ensure everyone can access and enjoy nature. Patti will also have copies of her book available for purchase and is happy to sign books after the presentation.

- Workshop Description: Come join us for a special workshop led by the amazing Patti Bonnin on making nature more accessible for everyone! Learn valuable tips and tricks to ensure that everyone can enjoy the beauty of nature. The indoor portion of the event will provide an overview of making outdoor spaces accessible, and then the outdoor portion will focus more on physical grounds, leading hikes for people with disabilities and leading sensory hikes. Join us before the event to check-in and grab some breakfast before Patti begins at 9am. Also, feel free to bring a packed lunch to enjoy a picnic with us after the workshop and continue the discussion.
