Program HOME – Environmental Consulting

Serving Collin County

“Our privately owned land and the ecosystems upon it are essential to everyone’s well-being, not just our own.”
– Douglas W. Tallamy

Who We Are

Program HOME is a Blackland Prairie Texas Master Naturalist project that aims to consult and help guide residents in our community in creating habitats, increasing biodiversity, and educating about sustainability. This program is designed to help all residents, from landowners to homeowners to apartment occupants, by helping them achieve their goals for their own spaces.

How Does This Program Work?

First, check out our Property Management Resources page for your environmental needs. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please fill out the form below to give us a better understanding of what you are hoping to achieve for your space. We will review your form and do our best to answer your questions and point you in the right direction.

What Are Some Examples This Program Can Help With?

HOME can help with guidance on improving habitat, landscaping, planting for specific species, pocket prairies, native and invasive plants, and caring for acreage. Feel free to reach out to us about similar topics; we are always learning something new!
