February’s Habitat Work Day will be at the Jay Pritchard trail, which is located by the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History. We will be removing trash and Chinese privet. Be sure to bring some sturdy boots/shoes and gloves. It will help too if you can bring some cutting tools. After cutting back the privet we’ll be painting remaining stems and leaves with a roundup concentration. You might bring a brush for this purpose, and concentrated roundup too if you have some.
