Each month the Coastal Prairie Chapter of Texas Master Naturalists will lead a guided Insect Hike. Participation is open to the public and all ages are welcome. Wear appropriate clothing for outdoors. Closed toe shoes recommended. Hike may be canceled during inclement weather. Join us this month for hands on practice for the Pollinator Bioblitz observing pollinators and the plants they visit.
Where: Meet in the main parking lot of Seabourne Creek Nature Park by the public restrooms by 9:00am.
Directions: Seabourne Creek Nature Park is located at 3831 TX-36, Rosenberg, TX 77471 across from the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds. Enter the park from HWY 36 just south of I-69 and adjacent to the Rosenberg Civic Center. Look for the brown wooden park entrance sign next to the Civic Center building. Turn onto Stanley Kucherka Drive and proceed to the parking lot .3 miles on the left.
