AT: TAMU AgriLife Extension Virtual Birding Seminar

Topic:  Explore the World of Avian Behavior

March’s Seminar Speakers are Cornell University Professor Dr. Wenfei Tong of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, and Michael Gamble, wildlife biologist.  Dr. Tong will speak to bird behaviors in mating and rearing young.  Michael will speak to behaviors of the golden-cheeed warbler, an endangered endemic species of Texas.

Join us for an enriching experience and make a meaningful impact on bird conservation education! The virtual event links will be distributed via email 24 hours prior to the event’s commencement. For late registrations made after this 24-hour window, a final email containing the link will be sent on 24 hours prior to the session start.

By participating in these seminars, you not only expand your birding expertise but also contribute to scholarships for the Rio Diablo Birding Camp, an immersive 7-day birding experience for youth hosted by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. Proceeds from the seminars fund $500 scholarships, helping young birders explore the natural world.
