Annual Meeting of the Texas Chapter of the Wildlife Society
February 19 - February 21
The meeting will have 12 workshops on a variety of topics as well as poster sessions presented by students and technical sessions from wildlife professionals.

The two areas of highest need for volunteers are as listed below.
Room Moderators:
Role – Will keep the session room on schedule, introduce the next speaker/topic and will assist with any Q&A of the session.

Role – will help check in attendees and be a help desk to locate rooms or answer questions.

For anyone who would like to be room moderators, the time spent helping to facilitate the presentations is service; PO70510:PO advisory and Outreach. The time of the actual talk is Chapter Approved AT.
For anyone who wants to help with registration on Wednesday and Thursday the time will be service in the same category.
In addition there are student poster sessions listed as Exhibits Hall on the online agenda. We have been given permission to wander the poster sessions without registering for the conference, and log the time as Chapter Approved AT.
