Clear Creek Star Party

Clear Creek Natural Heritage is having it’s first Star Party of the season! All volunteer astronomer led, this outreach event will include stargazing using telescopes, a Dark Sky International representative booth, and indoor activities for all ages.

We are looking for volunteers to help set up/take down, run the indoor activities, guide visitors to the telescope location, give a brief star party etiquette talk, and potentially operate the telescopes. The telescope operating portion does require advanced training that is scheduled according to weather.
