Milkweed Pod Harvesting

Join us for milkweed pod harvesting…we will be placing bags on as many milkweed plants as possible!
Meet in the mowed area of the lot located between I35E and Summit Ave, just off FM 407 in Lewisville.
Please wear long pants, long sleeved shirts, closed toed shoes, and a hat. The area has a ton of plants whose seeds want to hitch a ride, so be aware! You may also want to don a pair of gloves, if you’d like.
Bring plenty of water for yourself. Stay hydrated.
