TMN Annual Meeting Virtual Coffee Hours

Add a few dates on your calendar to join us for our VIRTUAL COFFEE HOURS this year!
These virtual sessions will be hosted to showcase the Online Event Guide dashboard and Meeting App that you’ll be using each day to navigate to each of the virtual sessions, interact with speakers and participate in other interactive activities throughout the week.
Thursday October 14th – 10:00am Saturday October 16th – 8:00am Monday October 18th – 12:00pm
How to Join

1 Go To Attendee Hub. Go to the Attendee Hub website (https://cvent.me/EgdWBP). |

2 Enter Name and Email. Enter your first and last name and email address used when registering. |

3 Verify your account. You’ll either receive an email and text message containing a verification code or just an email. Read it, then return to the app, enter the code, and tap the arrow. |

4 Go to All Session. On the top ribbon of the page, go to “All Session” and search for the Virtual Coffee Hour session you want to join. |

5 Join Session. Once on the Virtual Coffee Hours session page, click the button “Join Session”. |
|
6 View My Schedule. To view your personalized agenda, use the calendar icon in the top right-hand corner to view your full agenda selections. |
