Water Talk: Pollinator Gardening from the Ground Up – AT

March 22, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Spring is here (technically) and now is a great time to plant native plants in your flower beds to save water and money and to attract butterflies and other pollinators!

To help homeowners know what plants to consider and how to care for them, Upper Trinity is hosting a virtual class, Water Talk: Pollinator Gardening from the Ground Up.

The class will be taught by Ms. Liz Moyer with the Native Plant Society of Texas and Denton County Master Gardener Association.  Ms. Moyer will talk about some of the more common native plants for our area, design basics to make it work in your landscape, how to select a plant and the best way to plant it, and how to maintain the plants.

Registration is free and can be done on Eventbrite.  One attendee will be drawn to receive a Water Talk Goodie Bag with publications, a rain gauge, a t-shirt, and more!
