NPSOT’s 2026 Invasive Species Bioblitz

Invasive species are one of the leading threats to Texas’s native plants, wildlife, and landscapes, and we need your help to stop them. By documenting invasives where you encounter them, you turn everyday observations into powerful data that helps land managers act early, track spread, and protect the places we care about across the state.

View our invasive plant database https://bit.ly/4sOg6OK to learn about the species we want to capture. The four notorious offenders pictured here are Chinese tallow (Triadica sebifera), Cat’s Claw Vine (Dolichandra unguis-cati), Nandina (Nandina domestica), and Chinaberry (Melia azedarach).
