VMS opportunity: Schubert House Pollinator Project
Our Schubert House Pollinator Garden project in Giddings is in much need of Spring Cleaning! With the recent rains, pulling and clearing the unwanted plants should be a breeze.
We will have a workday on Thursday, March 28 at 8:30 a.m. The address is 173 E. Hempstead St., Giddings, Texas 78942. So far it looks like the weather will cooperate and make this a very pleasant time!
Bring a favorite native pollinator-friendly plant to replenish the ones we have lost, and I will reimburse you.
And of course, bring gloves, gardening tools, sun protective gear and water. It would be great if someone can bring a short ladder for easy tree pruning.
