Winedale workday

VMS opportunity: Winedale project

We will have a work day to shape up the Nature Trail head. Pulling weeds, shaping up the grasses and possibly we can transplant some plants from the pollinator garden.

The monthly Winedale work days are normally : 

Second Saturdays, and Fourth Fridays. (Unless an email is sent out to cancel or change the date/start time) 

Please remember to bring gloves, hats, bug spray, suntan lotion for protection.

TOOLS: spades, sharpshooters, hand trowels; hand pruners, loppers, tree saws, a chainsaw or two if possible….with fuel and bar chain oil, a sharp chain, and chain tool; rock rakes and leaf rakes. I’ll bring the leaf bags, and cool drinking water

Any changes in what we will be doing during the work day will be advised via email.
