Pollinator Garden Work Day

October 16, 2016 by glennkleinert

A work day has been scheduled at The Williamson County Pollinator Garden for Friday, October 28 from 9:00 AM – noon. We will be planting new plants, tidying up the area and extending the wildflower patch. Also, the waste management work crew will be putting in plants along the berm above the garden. There will be plenty of work! Dress appropriately for the weather and bring work gloves and preferred work tools (shovels, spades, rakes, clippers, and gardening hand tools). Parking is across the road from the garden. Water and snacks will be provided.
For additional information contact Mary Long at [email protected].
The Pollinator Garden is located at 600 Landfill Road. To drive to the garden from Georgetown, drive east on Hwy 29 to Jonah and turn right (South) on CR 1660. Drive toward Hutto to intersection with Landfill Road. Turn Right and drive to the garden.
