ABKSNA Water Quality Testing

We plan to do water quality testing (the Texas Stream Team “Standard Core”) at Bessie’s Pond on Saturday, October 15, 8:00 a.m. to noon. Time permitting, we will examine the first “reach” of Bessie’s Creek (about 200 yards, from the campground downstream) as part of our developing protocols in riparian morphology and plant community. Although the creek is dry, the terrain is uneven. Bring plenty of water. Wear sturdy footwear.
