Trudy Eberhardt has been a member of the Native Plant Society of Texas, Kerrville Chapter, since 2021 and is currently the Director of Communications, as well as a 2021 graduate of the Hill Country Texas Master Naturalist class and a member of their New Class Committee (2022 & 2023), and Treasurer of Hill Country Archeological Association. Her naturalist activities include volunteer pollinator garden and trail maintenance (Fredericksburg Nature Center), pollinator garden maintenance (Bandera Natural History Museum), grounds maintenance (Riverside Nature Center) and occasional trail building at other natural areas including Roberts Ranch. Trudy relocated to the Hill Country in 2019 after a career in corporate accounting and finance. Her other interests include woodcarving, watercolor painting, motorcycle riding, vegetable gardening, volunteering at a draft horse sanctuary and the Arcadia Live! Theater. In her free time, she is being trained by a feisty old German Shepherd.
