Event Description:
From human disturbance to weather related events, beach-nesting birds face many threats during their short nesting season that can have a significant impact on their productivity. Since the start of ABC’s Texas Shorebird and Seabird Stewardship Program in 2012, Kristen Vale will discuss these challenges and progress that have made with partners to protect, monitor, and inform the public about beach-nesting birds along the Texas Gulf Coast.
