Event Description:
Kevin Wessels the speaker and the topic is Dark Skies. Kevin will discuss the benefits of a dark sky and how to implement night sky friendly lighting on an individual scale and at the community level. He will share opportunities to get involved with night sky friendly lighting efforts and share his experience with Kerr County Friends of the Night Sky.

Kevin is a Texas Master Naturalist and the current President of Kerr County Friends of the Night Sky. He has a B.S. in Renewable Natural Resources and Forestry from Texas A&M University. Kevin lives in Kerrville, Texas with his wife and enjoys the opportunity to help conserve the Texas Hill Country that he loves.
