Event Summary:
Learn all about insects.

Event Description:
This is a state approved Advanced Entomology training for Master naturalists & Master gardeners that is held yearly. The course used to be in person and held 8AM- 5PM every day for a week, but since COVID we have moved to an online format that has classes twice a week (2 hours at a time) for over 5 weeks providing over 30 hours of advanced training on entomological topics. To become certified, the class attendees are asked to complete 20 hours volunteer service towards an entomology project of their choice that will benefit their local community.
