The presentation on invasive plants will follow a brief business meeting. The presentation will be from 7:10p-8:10p.
Hybrid Event Description:
Invasive plants are wreaking havoc on the health of our ecosystems. They cause economic or environmental harm or harm to human health. Management of invasive plants includes prevention, identification and eradication. Removal of invasive plants and replacement with native plants is essential to restoring the biodiversity of our public and private lands. Invasive plants are causing economic and environmental harm and harm to human health.
The chapter meeting may be attended via Zoom (registration link sent via email closer to date) or in-person at Upper Guadalupe River Authority in Kerrville.
A 30-minute chapter business meeting begins at 6:30 PM. Members attending this may claim 0.5 volunteer hours.
The Advanced Training session runs from 7:10 PM – 8:10 PM. Topic is posted on the AT calendar.
