Webinar Description:
This webinar will cover the ongoing restoration work that has occurred on Gus Engeling Wildlife Management Area in the Post Oak Savannah Ecoregion. Topics covered will include timber harvest and planning, herbicide application, prescribed burning, wild turkey reintroductions, northern bobwhite quail reintroductions, and prescribed grazing.
Kyle has been a wildlife biologist for TPWD at Gus Engeling WMA for the entirety of his 8 years with the department. His primary focus on the WMA is large scale habitat management projects and prescribed burning. Kyle is an active hunter and outdoorsman enjoying everything from fishing to hiking and camping.
