On February 1st, HCA is co-hosting a webinar with GEAA and SBCA on the topic of “Navigating the TCEQ Wastewater Permitting Process.” Lauren Ice, a partner at the law firm Perales, Allmon & Ice, P.C., will join us for an interactive conversation on how to navigate the TCEQ wastewater permitting process, from accessing the permit application materials to requesting a public meeting and contested case hearing. We’ll hear about her experience representing clients who have contested permits, both successfully and unsuccessfully, and leave time for Q&A.
