A discussion of why native plants are so important for us to use in our landscaping.
Event Description:
This presentation is the first of a new outreach series presented by the Native Plant Society of Texas Kerrville. Each program will be held every other month on the fourth Saturday from 10:30-11:30 at the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library. Check for topics on future dates.
Our presenter, Mary Frushour, is a Hill Country Master Naturalist and a member of the Fredericksburg and Kerrville chapters of the Native Plant Society of Texas. She is involved with the Pollinator Garden Assistance Program.
Cost: no charge but Donations accepted for NPSOT Kerrville
