Note: The 4/27 Nature Journaling workshop, AT22-386, which is normally held in Kerrville at the Riverside Nature Center, will be at the San Antonio Botanical Garden from 1:30-3:30. While the field trip is NPSOT Kerrville members only, nature journaling is open to all if they want to come.
Event Summary:
A special tour of the rare and endangered plants garden and behind the scenes tour of the greenhouses with Michael Eason of the San Antonio Botanical Gardens.
Event Description:
No entry fees for the gardens today (waived just for us), but you will want to bring money for lunch afterwards at the gardens.

Michael Eason will present. He is the head of the San Antonio Botanical Garden rare plant conservation department. He is also a conservation botanist for Texas Flora, a botanical consulting company. He has previously worked with the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and the Millennium Seed Bank Project. He is the author of Wildflowers of Texas.
Members only tour for the Native Plant Society of Texas, Kerrville Chapter.
