Event Summary:
When you leave this class you should be able to tell the difference between the most common warblers in Texas

Event Description:
Have you ever seen a glimpse of the underside of a warbler and not known what to think? These beautiful songbirds can be very challenging to identify. They appear in a variety of plumages and can be so active that it is hard to get a good look. Learn to quickly identify warblers from various viewpoints by piecing together diagnostic features.
When you leave this class you should be able to tell the difference between the most common warblers in Texas. The class will use photos and videos to illustrate multiple viewing angles. Then we will practice our skills in the field.
*AT=4.5 for webinars plus 3 for each field trip – please enter hours for which you attend.
We recommend you come to the field trip with binoculars, a hat, sturdy closed-toe shoes, sunscreen and water.
