Event Description: Join the authors of “Foraging Texas: Finding, Identifying, and Preparing Wild Edibles in Texas” for an introduction to foraging wild edible plants! Participants will learn about safe and sustainable foraging and take a guided edible plant walk around the Garden. This class will improve your ability to identify plants and use safe, sustainable foraging methods. A recipe tasting will conclude the workshop.
