Event Description: This is a live Practicum Webinar prior to certification as a Nature Journaling Educator, through the Wild Wonder Foundation. This is a self paced course, consisting of approximately 15 hours of prerecorded content taught by experienced educations on the fundamentals of nature journaling education. Assignments are to be completed on your own time, and have them ready prior to the live practicum. This one-day practicum is led by experienced nature journal educators who will create practice sessions for the skills you will learn in the recorded sessions.
You will have access to these videos through 12/1/25.
Registration fee includes materials such as a PDF copy of How to Teach Nature Journaling by John Muir Laws and Emilie Lygren. Complete everything in the above Nature Journaling Educator Workshop list. Coursework includes developing a nature stewardship project related to your nature journaling practice, and document your work on that project for at least six months. Cost: Cost is $70 with scholarship options ranging from $0 to $35. Add a Nature Journaling Educator Certificate. Cost is $45, with scholarship options ranging from $5 to $25.
